Terms of service

Draft for review by Cavil Consult before launch.

Using Lookup

You may only request a review of yourself, or of a person or organisation you are authorised to represent. You confirm this each time you request a review.

What a review is

A review is a snapshot of the sources checked on the dates shown. It is not a complete record of everything about you online. A finding that nothing was found in the sources checked does not mean no information exists.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee removal of content, changes to search rankings, decisions by platforms or site owners, or timelines. Marking an action Done records your progress; it does not confirm that a third-party source has changed.

Actions on your behalf

We only contact a platform or site owner for you after you authorise that specific action in your account.

Paid services

Paid work starts only after you accept a written quote. Online payment is not currently offered.

Your account

Keep your password private. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
